The Walker-Davis Studio is comprised of Robert Walker and Brian Davis.
Robert Walker has been a craftsman of his art for over 40 years. Originally from England, Walker lived in Europe and New York before moving to Los Angeles, and since then has gone on to become one of the leading muralists of our time. His work was featured in the book Grand Illusions, (Phaidon Press, 1988). Technical brilliance coupled with a vast knowledge of historical and modern decorative arts has enabled him to produce unparalleled work in countless styles and genres.
Brian Davis received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1980, where he studied painting and drawing with an array of established west and east coast artists. In 1981, he began his own career as a successful muralist when he became assistant to Robert Walker, from whom he learned the techniques, methods and history of mural and decorative painting. He and Robert have been working together ever since, and the results of that partnership are proudly displayed in our image gallery. Image Gallery
